Delicious hearty Easter.
Ingredients

Cheese
1 kg

Chicken egg
10 piece

Raisins
1 pack

Lemon peel
1 piece
-
Sugar
1 cup
Cooking
Spread the cottage cheese.
Fall asleep sugar.
Very well interfere.
Add the raisins.
Add 10 eggs.
Stir well, add the lemon zest.
Mix with a mixer.
Pour into shape (I had the pan).
Put in a warm place or in the sun.
Bake in the oven at 220 gr. - 30 min.
Decorate as desired!!!
