In the honey add the margarine, sugar, a pinch of nutmeg and 1 tsp cinnamon. Heat until the sugar dissolves, without boiling.
In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder and spices. Cloves ground I have found, so she pounded in a mortar ))). Each spice added about 1/4 tsp.
Then pour in the flour into honey mixture, add the egg.
Knead a smooth dough. And put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly, about 2mm thick and cut figures on paper templates.

Spread pieces on baking paper on a baking tray and bake at 180*C for 15-20 minutes.
