Wanted barley. And the goulash to do was not desire. :)

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato sauce

Cooking

Fry in a pan onions, carrots, add garlic and last thing. Simmer a few minutes. Off. the photo is not the fountain:(

On sheet (or any baking pan) spread cooked barley

On barley place the chicken (I robbed from the bones and the hands were divided into pieces)

On the chicken put carrots, onion and horseradish sauce. And sent in preheated oven to 160-170 degrees for 15-20 minutes MB. Bon appétit!!!
