Stew
My dearest daddy used to always on weekends preparing this stew. This was my most favorite dish, though nothing complicated and intricate in it, but dad never cooked without pleasure, for him it was a kind of ritual, and your buzz. Unfortunately, it is no longer with us, and now I will observe all its rituals. To his memory I dedicate this simple but very delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces, put the meat in a pot or any dishes with thick walls. I have a goose-girl. Fry in vegetable oil odourless.

Potatoes cleaned, wash and cut into rings with a thickness of approximately 0.7 mm. the Potatoes must be fried. I do it in a deep fryer (thank mankind for the invention of household and kitchen appliances!!!), but my dad just fried in the pan, in small portions.

Cut onion into strips and add to fried meat. Garlic slices.

Mushrooms cut into plates. Dad used to dry mushrooms is much tastier. They need to be soaked, it is better in milk, and then chop and add to meat with onions.

And add the potatoes. He roasted until tender. At all until the final compound is prepared almost to full readiness, so the stew won't last long.

Salt, pepper to taste. Pour very little water (it should not reach the middle) and mix it all.

Cook for about 10 minutes. In the last two minutes add the greens and Bay leaf. Bay leaf when serving remove.
