Cooking
Prepare the products. Currants you can substitute cherries, blueberries, etc.
Currants to put in the microwave for a few minutes to boil, or on the stove a little steamed in a saucepan. I almost always, for the sauce, berries or vegetables bring to readiness.
Cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, ginger and currants to the mix,
punch all right into the blender.
Serve with apples, grapes, bananas and other fruits. Very tasty pancakes. And even just with a spoon is – it's so delicious!!!
