Absolutely delicious and a bright spring salad. Sea use and enjoyment!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Chinese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Arugula

  • Vinegar

    40 g

  • Mustard

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

Shred cabbage, add to it pepper, cut into strips.

Oil, vinegar, salt and mustard, mix thoroughly and season the salad, mix gently.

Cut tomatoes into slices, egg peeled and cut in half. Salad serve portions and garnish with arugula.
