Layered salad with smoked squid
I saw in the store smoked squid. Is a white-white, neat-clean, easily-appet inanici... and jumped off the counter straight into my basket! Had to make up a salad. Stand on your court.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Vegetables boil, cool and peel. A flat dish covered with lettuce, if any. Put layers:

Potatoes, grated on a coarse grater;

Carrots, grated on a coarse grater;

Egg whites, grated on a coarse grater. Each layer is slightly prisolit and apply a mesh of mayonnaise.

Leeks, sliced thin polyolefine.

To grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

On top of the grate evenly grate the egg yolks. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise.

In the yolks to put a full fillet of squid, cut into thin long strips. Let the salad be in the fridge a couple of hours.

Then carefully remove the ring. Decorate the salad with cherry tomatoes and herbs.
