The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Zaro Bljavati called "Swiss cookies" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Almonds, finely chop.
Blend butter with sugar until whitening. Add the chopped almonds. Beat the egg and again beat well with a mixer. Flour mixed with soda and gradually add to the butter-egg mixture.
The dough is kneaded, roll it out with a rolling pin and wrap in the harness. The dough is wrapped in cling film and put 1 hour in the freezer.
Remove from freezer, slice into thin slices and bake for 10 min. at 190 deg. Decorate with chocolate. Enjoy your tea)))
