Braised heart,
In my life this is the first experience of cooking beef heart. I couldn't even imagine that it's very long to cook, the cooking time took about three hours. But it turned out very soft, delicious and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Heart

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Tomato paste

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Heart cut into small pieces.

In frying pan, pour vegetable oil, put heart and fry for 5 minutes.

Heart add 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat for 2.5 hours. Onions cut into small cubes and after 2.5 hours, add to the meat. Simmer for another 15 minutes.

In the end, add the tomato paste, Bay leaf, flour, sugar, and vinegar, salt and pepper. All mix well, allow to boil. Close the lid , turn off our stove and leave the heart still steamed about 10 minutes.
