Julienne of seafood
Seafood stewed in cream sauce and baked with cheese.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    15 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

  • Salt

Cooking

Seafood cocktail pour over boiling water and finely chop.

Finely chop the onion and fry together with sea cocktail (about 5-7 minutes).

Pour sour cream and simmer, stirring occasionally, over low heat until it thickens (about 5-10 minutes) and season with salt.

Put the mixture into ramekins, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until Golden brown.
