I'm a fan of Japanese cuisine. Trying to cook your family something special. These 2 dishes I did for the first time, specially for the website "cook". The hardest part was to draw from salmon slogan "For the cook" ;)) Hope you like it. PS: the character in translation into Russian means - the cook!

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cover the Mat with cling film. Layer of algae along the cut line in half and put that half on the Mat.

Rice is boiled in plenty of salted water, bringing to a soft - off, even comes in hot water, so as not to miss and not to digest. The rice should be firm (cook according to instructions). Add the vinegar and stir gently. Let stand for 5 minutes. Divide the rice in half - the second half will go on the cake. Distribute the rice over the nori sheet.

We need to make rolls "inside out" - this Mat cover with our sheet with rice, smooth, and quick movement of the hands turn over. That's how it should look (see photo).

Spread on a nori sheet and put the cheese pre-cut fish, cucumber and green onions.

Carefully begin to tighten the Mat, giving the form of our rollaway sausage. At the end of the top draw (see photo).

Mix egg + water + salt + flour + turmeric. The dough should get as pancakes in consistency.

For the convenience of our roll frying cut sausage in half, and drop in hot oil (it should be a lot). Fry in deep fat to fish and the cucumbers don't cook! ))

Cool the rolls and cut into slices. Each of the halves of the sausage should be 4 rolki. In the toga of a total of 16.

Now we make a cake. Put it on a sheet of nori round shape the small size and round with a knife cut off the unnecessary. These roundels should be 3. The first is rice.
