The bread on the edges of the cut and leave a crumb. A crust of bread put into a hot frying pan, pour in the resulting mold egg, salt and pepper. to bring to readiness.
On the egg put the sausage and cheese, give a bit of melted cheese and cover with the previously cut crumb.
