Warm salad of roasted pumpkin and liver
For palates that prefer a healthy diet.

Ingredients

  • Thyme

  • Lettuce

  • Sesame

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Grapes

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

Make a marinade of vegetable oil and mixed spices. Pumpkin cut into serving pieces, place on a baking sheet, season with salt, brush with marinade and sprinkle with thyme. Put in the oven at 200°C bake until done.

Liver clear from the films, rinse and dry. Roll liver in flour, shake off the excess. Place on a baking sheet and smear the marinade and sprinkle with thyme. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until tender. Not desiccate.

Until we have a working oven... Put the salad on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice. Chop the garlic, mix with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Mix with salad. If the grapes are large, have it cut in half.

Gogoboy liver salt. Lay on lettuce leaves, add the pumpkin, grapes and sprinkle with roasted on a dry pan sesame seeds.
