Cake
This cake is like my sons and husband. Guests of him too, loved it. A festive dish, but I cook it any day at the request of my men. Try it and you will not regret it. Bon appetit!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    750 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    500 ml

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Gelatin

    50 g

  • Jelly

    4 pack

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

Cooking

To make the jelly. 300 grams of boiling water to dissolve jelly from a packet and allow to cool. The other three packs of jelly to do the same.

Bake the cake of eggs, flour and sugar, previously beat with a mixer. Cool. Cut into rectangles and lay out in a transparent dish.

Half of the fruit cut into pieces and put on top of the biscuit.

Sour cream and yogurt dissolve the sugar, stirring thoroughly and allow to stand.

Half jelly of different colors cut into pieces and put on top of the cake.

In 300 ml of boiling water to dissolve gelatin. Pour in a mixture of yogurt and sour cream. Quickly stir and pour on cake.

Decorate the cake with the remaining jelly and fruit. Bon appetit!!!
