Puff bread
I'm tired of plain bread! It happens. Began to prowl in search of something unusual to everyday bread! And what do You think? Found! Is not troublesome so, as they say, EXPERIMENTA! Invited to the sandwich!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

Cooking

50gr. flour mixed with yeast, pour the water (may take more than the recipe). Put the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes.

In a bowl sift the flour (250g), add salt and sugar, then approached the sourdough and milk. Knead the dough and leave for 20 minutes.

The dough thinly roll out and fold the rectangle as pictured.

Now fold to the center, like so.

Again roll out with a rolling pin, brush with melted butter.

To say the dough into a tight rumpologist the roll on a baking sheet seam side down, to make an incision in the center. Leave for 20 minutes.

Bake at 200* for 25 minutes.
