Cheese olives
Very easy to prepare dish. Even a novice can easily prepare. For those who love cheese, olives, savoury pastries. The recipe I found in the magazine "Love to cook!". On the Internet it also have.


  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


Grate any hard cheese type Russian. Mix the flour, grated cheese, softened butter, sour cream, salt, pepper (to taste).
Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough into a sausage and cut into equal parts by the number of olives (I got 44).
In each part to roll up the olive to form a ball (this is very easy, as the dough is easily molded and does not stick to hands).
Put the balls on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees until Golden brown (I baked 30 minutes).
