This snack we saw in advertising of mayonnaise a few years ago. Prepared quickly and easily. And most importantly - is popular on the holiday table =)

Cooking
Cut the eggplant slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm sprinkle with Salt and leave for a few hours to flowed bitter juice.
Slice the tomatoes thin slices. Crush the garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
Then drain the juice from the aubergines, wash, fry on a low flame and allow to drain the oil or promaknite paper towel.
Stacking cakes: eggplant, * brush with mayonnaise with garlic, put pomier, eggplant, mayonnaise, decoration (the number of layers can be increased, but will be uncomfortable to eat).
