Layer cake with apples and custard
Very beautiful and delicate cake with colorful and delicious layers.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    6 piece

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Margarine

  • Vanilla

    0.5 g

  • Sugar

    1.2 cup

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

2 thin layers of dough to spread sales of sugar and powder jelly egg whites. For the protein foam to put 2 /3 peeled apples, cut into slices (2 -6 mm, depending on softness of apples). On the third layer of dough spread the remaining 1/3 of the Apple slices, sprinkle with sugar. Over the apples on each cake to put a layer of puff pastry.

Three layers that we got baked in the oven (180 degrees) until slightly Golden yellow color (approx. 20 min the cake without protein; 30 min at cakes with protein foam that I baked close on 1 baking sheet) ...From scraps of dough make crumbs for dusting the cake.

Cream yolks, sugar and 5 tbsp of flour mix until smooth, then add it to the rest of milk and vanilla. Cook over low heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Beat the butter, continuing to whisk, add a spoonful of the infused milk with the flour, at the end of the whipping add a spoonful of sour cream. The cakes put the cream, top and sides of cake well smeared with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. At night, leave the cake to soak (not cold!)
