Description

Jellied vegetables with shrimp
The idea was born spontaneously, as after me, as usual, wanted something to vary the treats. Found that I was left with a little fish stock, and on the festive table remains a little space for some beautiful and delicious snacks.... Believe me, it's very fast, but no less original and festive!!!

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    60 g

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Shrimp

  • Vegetables

    1 pack

Cooking

step-0
To start in cold water soak the gelatin, let it swell while preparing everything else.
step-1
In the fish broth, boil frozen vegetables. I took a mixture of "couscous" - where vegetables are just chopped in small cubes smooth as we need. Cook until tender 5-10 minutes, throws in a colander.
step-2
In the same broth sent frozen shrimp. I usually take cleaned, because my patience is not enough to clear them from the shell))) this time I came across it is very small, but it's also turned me on hand - even easier... Shrimp is already cooked, so you can only bring them to a boil and drain in a colander.
step-3
Prepare LanSpy. The broth is very carefully filtered and added to his already swollen gelatin, bring to a boil and switch off immediately. Take molds. What do you like. Or what you have.... When my baby was little, I would sometimes leave the packing from the children, those who were round, in case "it might come in handy". Here, finally, is the case))) On the bottom of the molds, pour a layer of Linspire to give a little to harden and spread beautiful shrimp... as you like.
step-4
Fill again lansigan, so he closed the shrimp, and again let it harden. Spread the vegetables to the top of the molds. And again pour the remaining laespiga.
step-5
I came out of the number about 10 or 12 servings. Leave to harden at room temperature. Gelatin in the proportion of 40 g per liter of fluid given in the recipes, and freezes great without the refrigerator.
step-6
When the filler is completely frozen, remove from the molds by lowering them for a few seconds (not more) in hot water. Spread on a large platter or in portions on plates and decorate as desired!!!
