Cooking
In the composition of the meals a minimum of vegetables, and the taste and fragrance will add soy sauces TM "Kikkoman" and spices.
Ribs wash, dry and chop the pieces. Mix the sugar, pepper and soybean paste, classic soy sauce "Kikkoman" and carefully grate the meat, rubbing the marinade.
Lay in a tight package or container with a lid and put into the refrigerator for ...how many will survive. From 4 hours to 3-4 days. If you marinate for a long time, you need to flip meat once a day. I marinated two days.
An hour before roasting, remove meat from refrigerator and allow to warm up. Chop onions finely, fresh chili cut into rings.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and put the ribs in a single layer. Roast until it will turn brown, flip and sprinkle with onions and peppers. After a couple of minutes pour sauce in the wok for frying TM "Kikkoman" and continue frying, stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes, lower heat to just below medium and stand the ribs under the lid for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the ribs hot, can with rice, garnished with fresh herbs.
