Spicy pork ribs
Spicy and juicy, rosy and flavorful ribs! Yummy! A marinade based on soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" makes the meat tender and reduces cooking times.

  • Soy sauce

  • Sauce

  • Brown sugar

  • Miso paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Pasta pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Star anise

    3 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

Ribs wash, dry and chop the pieces. Mix the sugar, pepper and soybean paste, classic soy sauce "Kikkoman" and carefully grate the meat, rubbing the marinade.

An hour before roasting, remove meat from refrigerator and allow to warm up. Chop onions finely, fresh chili cut into rings.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and put the ribs in a single layer. Roast until it will turn brown, flip and sprinkle with onions and peppers. After a couple of minutes pour sauce in the wok for frying TM "Kikkoman" and continue frying, stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes, lower heat to just below medium and stand the ribs under the lid for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
