Very tasty, hearty and flavorful cake is. The taste of my childhood, when grandmother made pies with mash, onions and bacon. I invite you to my childhood!

Cooking
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Onion cut into small cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil (if there is fat on the skin, the oil is not needed) until soft and it will turn brown.
Ready cracklings with onions put into a bowl, strain the excess fat.
Make jelly the dough: beat the eggs, yogurt, sour cream and
the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
You need to stir them properly until smooth.
Sift the flour and add to dough. Stir until smooth.
Ready cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Pour 1/4 of the batter into the form.
Put half of the potatoes (I did two layers) and season with salt and pepper and pour another 1/4 of honor test.
Spread on top of fried pork scratchings and onions and
also pour 1/4 part of the dough. Spread the remaining circles of potatoes, season with salt and pepper and pour remaining part of the test.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and send in the preheated oven to 180C for about 30-40 minutes. Baking time depends on how high you have pie.
