Description
We used to stuff small peppers booolshoy pots. I propose to prepare a beautiful stuffed peppers for a festive table.
Ingredients

Sweet pepper

Minced meat
-
Tomato
-
Cheese
-
Greens
Cooking
Sweet bell peppers cut into two halves and cleaned from seed.
Stuff pepper halves prepared as usual with minced meat.
Tomato cut into slices and each pepper on top of meat put a slice of tomato.
Liberally sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put into the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes
The finished dish sprinkle with parsley. For garnish you can submit pic, young potatoes.
