Cake
Like new open quality two loving people in a family Union, complementary tastes long-familiar desserts. In this cake I combined my favorite Apple sponge cake and protein jelly is a favorite dessert of my husband. Rate the tenderness, taste and texture.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Corn starch

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

  • Egg white

  • Sugar

  • Gelatin

    13 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Prepare Apple pie. Wash the apples, remove the seeds, coarsely chop.

Fold the Apple slices in a bowl, pour the lemon juice, stir.

Separate the whites from the yolks. A bowl of proteins to put in the freezer.

Close the film. Refrigerate at least 4-6 hours. Remove the cake from the mold, decorate.
