Cooking
Prepare Apple pie. Wash the apples, remove the seeds, coarsely chop.
Fold the Apple slices in a bowl, pour the lemon juice, stir.
Separate the whites from the yolks. A bowl of proteins to put in the freezer.

Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath. Pour the gelatin into the whites, whisking constantly.
Pour the protein in jelly form.
Cover with the second layer of Apple pie
Close the film. Refrigerate at least 4-6 hours. Remove the cake from the mold, decorate.
