Goulash
Maybe this stew and has nothing to do with real Hungarian goulash, but I like it. It turns out a very tender meat and tasty sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Meat wash, cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with oil.

After the end of cooking add finely chopped onions, a little fry.

Sprinkle the meat with flour and lightly fry together. Then all put in a saucepan, add the broth, tomato paste, Bay leaf, cover and simmer for 1.5 hours.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs. The recipe was taken from the Internet, for a long time, I don't remember changing anything, but like a stew, often cooked. Bon appetit!
