Tomatoes with feta cheese
A delicious snack for the holiday and everyday table.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

Tomatoes cut in half crosswise.

With a spoon remove the core.

For the filling: combine the cheese, passed through press the garlic, half of the cores of the tomatoes and the finely chopped dill.

All grind in a blender. Because my stuffing turned out watery, I added the grated cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Fill tomato cups with filling and garnish with greens.
