Apples with liver stuffing
Found the recipe in his cookbook, that I recorded long ago, but decided to cook just now. It tastes good and cook quickly.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Offal

    8 piece

Wash the apples, cut the core. To cut off the Apple tops, they will serve as lids. Chicken liver with onions grind in a blender.

Season the mince with salt, mix well and fill the apples. Cover cut tops. Arrange on an oiled baking pan, pour a little water and bake. I baked them for 40 minutes and periodically watered with the resulting juice. Bon appetit!
