Pork loin in soy batter

For this recipe I recommend to take it loin. Pork loin is a long back muscle located at the outer part of the spine on either side. Loin cut into pieces with a thickness of about 2 cm.

Put the meat in plastic wrap and repel, the thickness of the meat should be reduced approximately in 2 times.

Make a marinade. Mix soy sauce "Kikkoman", egg and flour.

Stir the batter well to avoid lumps, add chopped garlic and any dry herbs and seasoning as desired. I have dill, parsley and coriander. All mix well.

On a hot frying pan, pour vegetable oil, put pork. I always start fry on maximum heat, then immediately lower to medium. Fry on one side until Golden brown about 3 minutes.

Turn the meat and fry the other side for another 5 minutes.
