Rice with lentils
Rice is combined with lentils - nutritious and hearty dish. And, of course, delicious! Preparing this dish very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Pickled cucumber

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Water

Lower the bags with rice in salted boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes.

While cooking the rice. Pour into a deep pan of vegetable oil and sesame oil. Add chopped pickles and onions.

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Add the carrots to the onions and cucumber, fry. Vegetable mix should have a good fry and lose water. Fry until until onions are browned.

After roasting add to the vegetable mix salt and spices to taste, tomato paste. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.

Now add the washed lentils and boiled water. Lentils should be covered with water. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. If necessary, add water.

When the lentils are ready and the water is almost boiled away, add the crushed garlic and herbs.
