Cooking
Prepare the products.
My cannelloni (not advertising) do not require pre-boiling. Needed before you prepare to read on the box.
Prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and intensively stirring, pour the hot milk, season with nutmeg, salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
And now let's prepare the filling. Spinach cook in boiling water for 1 minute, squeeze and coarsely chop.
In olive oil fry the onions until Golden brown, add the spinach and ricotta. Mix well. Reduce the heat, add salt and pepper.
Add 2/3 of the grated Parmesan. Remove from the heat.
Fill the cannelloni with prepared stuffing. To do this, put the filling in the package, cut one of the corners. Get something like a makeshift pastry bag. It seems to me that this is one of the most convenient ways to stuff cannelloni. However, you can fill them using a small spoon, a pastry syringe or in any other way.
On a greased form (I glass) spread 1/3 of the sauce "Bechamel". On top of the stuffed cannelloni.
Pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (what is left).
Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees (navigate on your oven). Remove from oven and leave for 10 minutes. Here's a beauty we did it!
It remains only to lay the cannelloni on plates and call his household.
