Salad from green (unripe) tomato
The sun is still shining, but not warm, and the tomatoes well, did not want to ripen! In season, green tomatoes make such a simple salad. Prepared quickly and it turns out very tasty with potatoes or as zakuani.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Tomatoes cut into small slices. My tomatoes while they waited their turn, began to blush, but still very dense with a characteristic odor green tomato.

Grind the garlic (through the frog, I was too lazy to wash it afterwards). One tooth I cut thin slices, as hurt angry got the garlic (moskalik, so-called)! Pepper remove seeds (if you like witty, you can not bother). You can use fresh, I have not found the farm and I took a little dried.

Mix in a small container salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic and pepper. Mix well to dissolve the salt and sugar.

Pouring this volatile mix in our tomatoes and carefully but thoroughly mixed. Cover with a lid or tighten the food film and put in the refrigerator so that all ingredients met each other and became friends. :-)
