Cherry yogurt brownies

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    20 g

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Yogurt

    350 g

  • Jam

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    30 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    5 g

Cooking

Mix cereal, flour and sugar. Melt butter and water together, add to cereal. Mix well.

The form for baking (I have a size 26х11х7) spread a thin layer of butter. To lay our Foundation, spreading her fingers on the bottom. Not to stamp!

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Pull the base out of shape. To make it wrap, I just used the package. And the top again put the baked oatmeal-based.

Gelatin (10 gr.) pour 50 ml of water, allow to swell for 10 minutes. Then a bowl with swollen gelatin put in a deeper bowl with boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Prepare the filling. Yogurt mixed with jam and powdered sugar.

Adding gelatin and gently but thoroughly mixed.

Pour cherry yoghurt filling in the form on the base. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Prepare the next layer. Mix the jam and water (50 ml.).

With gelatin do exactly the same as the first time, but 50 ml. of water take 5 gr. gelatin. After complete dissolution of the gelatin, gradually add it to the fruit mass and stir. Pour on yogurt layer and again put in the fridge now for 2 hours. You can decorate any fruit. I have cherries out of a jam.
