Cooking
Cut avocado, remove the stone.
The flesh of the avocado to choose a spoon. without damaging the skin, and mash into a puree. I did plug in the blender.
Salty fish slice finely, leave to decorate long pieces. The number of fish depends on your taste, who like salty, can put a little more.
Spread the mixture in the avocado halves, decorate the long strips of fish and nuts. I decorated with walnuts, but think it would be better salted peanuts or pistachios (I didn't), they will give a special taste. Bon appetit!
