Description
This dish I'm always happy to order in one of our Japanese restaurants. Not sure I am using the ingredients of the ones used in a Japanese restaurant, but the taste turned out to be similar. Cooked very quickly (not including time for cooling). I recommend to everyone!

Cooking
From eggs, milk, flour, sugar and cocoa powder to prepare the batter. It should turn a dark brown color, therefore, the quantity of cocoa may be slightly increased (or reduced, "the eye")
From the dough in a well heated pan to fry thin pancakes. Each pancake fry on both sides and grease with butter.
To prepare the filling. Orange clean, divided into slices. Each of the segments to remove the flesh and chop it in small pieces. Try not to leave films. Half of the Apple peel and seeds, cut first thin slices, and then slices – thin wedges.
Pancake to put on a work surface, well fluff mascarpone cheese (or cottage cheese-a creamy mass), put some Apple strips and slices of orange.
Roll the pancake into a roll, lightly press on all sides. To do the same with the other pancakes. Cooked rolls put into the refrigerator for 1.5 – 2 hours (or freezer for 20-30 minutes). Then the pancakes get, carefully trim off the uneven edges and cut the rolls small portioned pieces (like a sushi roll). Put on the plate. In a water bath melt the chocolate and pour them ready rolls. (The battery in the camera, sorry...)
