Duck or goose, excellent dish of the holiday table. The secret of success is the marinade, which this recipe based on soy sauce. And filling for our ducks will serve as berries.

Cooking
For the sauce mix soy sauce, Kikkoman, honey, pepper, salt and orange juice.
Finely chop herbs and garlic. I have parsley and dill.
Prepare the berry mix. I have frozen waffles. You can use any of your favorite berries.
Duck marinade for sauce. "Bathe" her.
Inside the duck put the garlic and herbs and leave to marinate not less than 12 hours. Periodically turn the duck.
After the duck is marinated inside the carcass put salted berry mixture. Sew up the duck in the center of the tail and neck. Put into the oven at 200 - 220 deg. 1. 5 hours, covering with foil, and then a further 1 hour, removing the foil, until tender.
