Cooking
Season the mince with salt and pepper to taste, add the egg, 3 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce, sour cream, spices, salt. Raw potato grate and add to the mince. Mix well
Start making the batter. The yolks separated from the whites.

In beer you need to add flour, the yolks of two eggs and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mixture stir thoroughly and add whipped egg whites, pepper, salt to taste. Let stand about 10 minutes.
