Cake
Medovik, or Honey is the most favorite cake that our mother spoiled child. Note: the cake in cooking is not complicated and does not require a lot of time, but must soak at least 8 hours in a cool place!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    400 g

Mash the margarine with the sugar, add the honey, eggs.

All mix until a homogeneous mass.

Gradually add the sifted flour.

Soda extinguish acid (vinegar or lemon juice), add to the flour.

Knead the dough.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or RUB with margarine.

Evenly spread the dough on the baking sheet, place in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking cover with foil.

While baking the cake, do the impregnation. Mix sour cream and sugar in a bowl. We have the house warm (on top of the oven works), so sugar grind in powdered sugar optional: in 20 minutes it is perfectly soluble.

Should get a LIQUID cream! Otherwise, he will not be able to soak the cakes.

Get rosy "almost cake" from the oven, remove from baking sheet.

Put the other half of the crust (grilled side down, so the cream was easier to penetrate) and repeat the procedure. Be careful impregnation liquid, it needs "eyes", and strive with cake to drain. It's okay! For some time (5 minutes) the entire fading cream long wide knife or with a teaspoon - whatever you like - return back to the cake, i.e., lift up, thoroughly accurately the edge. Gradually the cream will start to impregnate the cakes and stop "running away". Then it can be safely put in a cold place for the night.
