Description
Incredibly delicious pasties and without any meat! Lentils are rich in vegetable protein, which is absorbed even better than an animal. Dough - a soft, delicate, filling - flavorful, hearty with mushrooms and greens. Try, highly recommended ;) For the dough recipe thank Tatiana :)

Cooking
To prepare the dough. In flour make a hole, pour the oil and warm water, add salt.
Give it a rest for half an hour under a towel, in the meantime, prepare the filling.
To prepare the lentils, I have the yellow from the Mistral.
Put lentils in cold water, bring to boil, cook for 10 minutes, then drain excess liquid.
While cooking lentils, finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms, cook until evaporate any excess liquid.
Add the chopped red pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the boiled lentils, mix well.
Add the chopped greens, season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat.
Rested divide the dough into pieces, I got 12.
Every part of velvety in the circle (you can cut out circles from the rolled out layer of dough as You wish), put 1-2 tbsp filling.
Fold in half, connect the edges.
Then make a pattern with a fork. Press the stuffing so it is evenly distributed inside the test.
Fry the pasties in hot oil until Golden brown on both sides. Lay out on a paper towel.
