Bread muffins from the batter
Very delicate, airy muffins of unusual test. It's yeast, but watery compared to the usual test for rolls. Therefore, it is baked in the forms of muffins, and forms poured with a spoon. "Festive th" variant, I decided to make a heart with red caviar.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Sugar

    65 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Butter

    8 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the yeast with sugar and milk. Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. Beat with a mixer the eggs with the salt until the formation of a stable foam of uniform lemon-yellow color.

In egg mass add the yeast mixture and beat for 1 more minute.

Gradually add flour, alternating with butter and ending with the flour.

Cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place until dough doubles in volume (about 2 hours).

Here is the dough after rising.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Oiled muffin tin. I have silicone molds, so I did not grease. Pour the dough forms, filling them 2/3 of the height. Again leave to rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from the mold. Then let it cool down completely.

Rolls are good for sandwiches. Very tasty with butter. Bon appetit!
