Popular American recipe, and in the southern States of the Mississippi river, mostly likes his black kids. In many places it is sold as street food vendors. In many YouTube clips of this recipe and they are all black cooks. I decided to try four colors – red, blue, yellow and green. Of jars of pickles of TM "6sotok" lay off half the cucumbers and brine in another jar.
In the first jar add 2 drops of natural red dye 70 grams red syrup (cherry, raspberry ....) and a tablespoon of sugar without slides.
The second Bank – 2 drops blue natural dye, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar without slides and a sample drop of natural flavor of the Mango.
In a third jar – 2 drops of natural yellow dye, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar without slides and 40 grams of lemon juice concentrate.
In the fourth jar – 2 drops natural green dye, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar without slides and a sample drop natural flavouring "Mint".
Close the jars and for a few days in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
The result of the photo - the green looks like fresh cucumbers, yellow looks like an ordinary pickle, the color seen mostly on the cut. Most of all we liked the red option – good berry taste, and the original color this. Yellow felt a pleasant lemon acidity. The green and blue versions – a sweet and sour taste and aroma especially not : probably pickle interrupts. But for color scheme looks good. Grandson and his friend liked it – the kids love the unexpected flavors.
Understand that the recipe is unusual, even strange, but African-Americans are famous for unusual flavors. Their music – such as jazz and rap, also not everyone likes. But I think they have a right to their preferences, including in cooking. The recipe is perfect as a snack and as decoration of other dishes.
