Green beans in tomato sauce
Offer to cook green beans with bell peppers in tomato sauce. Based on the recipe Alexei Onegin, huge thanks to him. This bean can be eaten hot and cold. Delicious, juicy, spicy dish.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

  • Pepper

  • Green olives

  • Capers

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

Cooking

Green beans wash, cut into several pieces, boil in salted water until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Shift in ice water for 4-5 minutes. Then drain beans in a colander.

Onion cut into small cubes, garlic slices. Fry in skillet in vegetable oil over medium heat until transparent. To stir periodically.

Tomatoes incise cross, pour boiling water for a few minutes, place in ice water. Remove peel and cut into small cubes. Add to the onions with the garlic, reduce the heat, stew for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pepper cut into ribbons. Sauce a little salt, add sugar, spices, ginger juice (ginger RUB on a small grater, squeeze the juice), chilli (if using dried, crush it in a mortar), sweet pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes so that the peppers are not overcooked.

The olives are crushed. To the sauce add the olives, capers, boiled beans, stir and stew a few moments. Remove from the heat.

Chop Basil and add to vegetables. Try baked beans in tomato sauce, adjust salt and if desired, add a little wine vinegar. I did not add it.
