The Salad
Another salad for the contest "Scarlett March 8". Salad for lovers of seaweed and squid.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    500 g

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Take canned cabbage (I used two cans of 250 g), pour the liquid and put the cabbage in a bowl.

Squid peel, wash, drop into boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Cut into strips and mix with cabbage.

To make the marinade. In hot water add sugar, salt, cloves, Bay leaf, pepper and cook for 5 minutes, the resulting solution drain, cool, add vinegar. To combine the marinade with cabbage and squid, put into the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. To finish the salad, add grated raw carrots and chopped onion, mix well. Before use, add the olive oil, the squid is it really "loves". Bon appetit!
