Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Oat flakes

    10 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

I use oat hotpie TM "Mistral".

Mix the crushed flakes with red pepper, salt and garlic powder. Liver cut into wedges. And roll in them wedges of the liver.

Fry the liver in vegetable oil until a beautiful Golden brown. Then add the teriyaki sauce, close the lid and turn the gas off. Leave for 5 minutes.

Serve with any side dish. I prefer vegetable salad.
