Spondre (pork with beets)
A very old dish of Ukrainian cuisine, authentic. Sundra ancestor and a distant relative of the soup, but in any case not soup and a kind of soup. The etymology of this word means that the dish is ready, "slack", in its preparation of "not trying". This is one of his secrets. Preparing simply, without frills, it turns out amazing!
