Cooking

step-0
Kimchi cut into small pieces
step-1
Boil some rice ( I cooked it according to the instructions on the package: pour the rice with water in 1:2 ratio, bring to a boil, diminish the fire and close the lid. Cook 30 minutes on slow fire)
step-2
In a pan pour half of the vegetable oil, spread kimchi and sugar, fry for 5 minutes.
step-3
Add cooked rice, salt, brine from the kimchi and the other half of the oil. Roast 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the rice is soaked with juice and flavor of the kimchi, you can add sesame oil and cook for another 2 minutes.
step-4
In Korea there are two options for serving the dishes. First: separately fry the eggs (one serving is 1-2 eggs - I have 3 peredelnyj)
step-5
Spread on a plate
step-6
And cover with a hat of fried rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)
step-7
Second option: break eggs into the pan with the rice
step-8
And fry until cooked eggs.
