Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan pour in the cream, coffee, fall asleep cane sugar and vanilla.
step-1
While stirring bring mixture almost to a boil. The mixture starts to thicken, remove from heat. A little cool and add gelatin. I have gelatin instant and does not require additional soaking. So I just poured the gelatin into the cream and vigorously stirred until complete dissolution. Pour the coffee part of the glasses. I got 6 servings.
step-2
When the coffee layer hardens completely, proceed to the blueberry. The blueberries add to the skillet, sprinkle with sugar and put on medium heat. When the blueberries will give the juice and the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat.
step-3
Gelatin (the same instant) soluble in water.
step-4
Submersible blender, grind the blueberries until smooth, if there is no blender, grind the mixture through a sieve. While stirring, pour gelatin dissolved in water.
step-5
Carefully pour the blueberry layer on top of the coffee. Put into the fridge until fully cured.
