  • Milk

    60 ml

  • Butter

Have toast cut the crust. Roll out with a rolling pin.

To make the filling. Melt the butter, add the cinnamon and the sugar, mix well.

The filling spread on toast. Toast gently roll into rolls.

With a whisk beat the eggs with the milk.

Melt the butter. Toast dipped in egg-milk mixture and fry on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on both sides until Golden brown. Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
