Chicken liver pate with pumpkin and pine nuts

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Pumpkin

    220 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Capers

    2 tsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    20 g

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Chicken breast and pumpkin to cook in any convenient way for you. I boiled them in a pot, salt and pepper, threw a Bay leaf. The resulting broth I used to cook vegetable soup. Pumpkin and chicken breast slice, bow slightly (until tender), sauté in butter and pepper and grind all the blender.
