Fresh carrot RUB through a coarse grater.
Meat disassemble the fibers and small pieces.
Fresh cucumber cut into thin plates and chop it.
Season with salt and mayonnaise. In kremanku put a leaf of lettuce, put the salad and decorate with slices of meat, a few green peas and ribbons from the carrots.
