Caviar of eggplant baked on the grill

  • Eggplant

  • Sesame paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

For baking, take a smooth not very thick eggplant. Forester double skewers are ideal for roasting eggplant on the grill.

Bake the eggplant on the grill. This is the option when you need to burn. Then the smell is smoky - what we need in our recipe.

Ready eggplants to cool.

And to remove the skins.

Mash the pulp with a fork and divide into 2 parts.

In one part add the chopped ripe meaty tomato, red onion and season with salt coarse and fragrant unrefined sunflower oil.

In the second part add the tahini (sesame paste), red chili pepper, yogurt, olive oil, salt, and thoroughly whisk to a paste.
