Cooking
For a start prepare all the ingredients. Boil the beets and fillet. Cool. Take the onion, vinegar, sugar, salt.
Pickle onions. Peel, cut in half rings. For the marinade we will need hot water 0.5 cups. Add in water, sugar and salt, mix well to dissolve. Add vinegar 9% and pour the chopped onion for 15 minutes.
While onion is marinating, slice the cooked fillet and beetroot cubes. Combine all the ingredients. IMPORTANT! Onion, fillets and beets should be roughly in equal amounts.
Add salt to taste, add sour cream (for fans of mayonnaise - mayonnaise). Mix well and infuse. Delicious! Bon appetit!
